RFQ intelligence for manufacturers

Firmerva reads the drawings, specifications and emails in an RFQ package and turns them into structured, traceable requirements — then prices the quote from your own rate card, and puts it in front of a person to approve.

How it works

From the customer’s email to a released quote

Firmerva does the reading and the arithmetic. A person decides at every step.

Create an account
  1. Take the RFQ in

Record the request and upload what the customer sent: drawings, specifications and the email itself.

  2. Read every page

Each requirement is extracted with the document, page and quote it came from. Drawings are read as images, not guessed at.

  3. Review with the source beside you

Accept a value, correct it, or flag it for a question. A correction never overwrites what the document said.

  4. Price from your own rate card

Costs are calculated from your versioned rates, step by step, with the arithmetic shown. Nothing is estimated by a model.

  5. Approve, then release

A quote moves from draft to review to approved to released, in a named person’s hands at every step.

Built for the estimator

Every value can be traced back to the line it came from

  • Nothing is invented

A value with no source is never shown as confirmed. When a quote cannot be found on the page it names, Firmerva says so.

  • Conflicts are surfaced

When the drawing says one material and the specification another, you see both. Firmerva never quietly picks one.

  • Uncertainty is visible

Verified, needs review, conflicting, missing or not found. Every requirement carries one, in words, not only in colour.

  • Gaps become questions

No quantity stated? No revision? The gap becomes a review item and a drafted question — for a person to send.

Starting with CNC machine shops

Machined-part RFQs have the most consistent drawing conventions, so that is where Firmerva starts. It is in early access: create an account and try it on your own packages, or talk to us first.
